Ate there for the 3rd time last night- Burger KIng. Prime Time.

Same thing everytime. Only place doing brisk business is BON CHON chicken place. How do these businesses stay in business.

All the people are up on the 7-8-9th floors in the restaurant zone where much better offerings can be enjoyed...

What time is 'prime-time' ? my guess would be Saturday Lunchtime...

Most malls are like That

Often I have a walk around central rama 9 or esplanade and there are floors of empty restaurants

I guess they make up for it at peak times when its packed but they are normally overstaffed with braindead teenagers who can't get manage to get your order right even when your the only customer in the entire empty restaurant lol

It can only go on for so long before all these big supermalls are half empty as the rent is crazy and a lot of businesses would like to be there but couldn't afford it

Maybe if there's already a Starbucks, Amazon and black canyon etc they have exclusivity contacts to prevent smaller vendors selling better cheaper coffee from stalls etc

It will all come tumbling down, it's just a matter of when imo
