where to find washlets / bidet seats?

Since bumguns don't really work well in cold climates (unless you are masochist, last year cold water pipe froze 9 ft below surface), I am looking to buy and bring back a washlet/bidet seat that heats up the water and air drie, li the ones they have at Tokyo airport.

What I would do is next time I was in Tokyo Airport I would tear one out of the wall and smuggle it out.

Do not believe he is looking for a heated seat - but warm water rinse as below - expect obtaining from Amazon or Ebay will be cheaper than local purchase in Thailand (where they are not needed).

This seems to be the dogs bllx of bogs. Not sure what it does but for that price it probably comes to you when you need it.

The last time I checked HomePro stock 2 of these seats, and at least one of them has an option for hot water but you need to hook it up to a hot water outlet in your bathroom. They are both purely mechanical - no power supply required, and are priced at around 2,500 Baht. If you need the seat to do the heating of the water and also need the air dryer you are moving up to the next level and are probably best advised to purchase it in your home country.
