Do you know what days Immigration will be closed (if at all) for the Kings Birthday, (December?), for Christmas and New year?

This will help me - and maybe others - to best judge what days to cross the border and also apply for extensions.

Also, I need to extend my tourist visa for 30 days on or before 30 November - what documentation is required these days please?

    5 December (Saturday) The King's Birthday (Father's Day)

    7 December (Monday) The King's Birthday Substitution Day

    10 December (Thursday) Constitution Day And possibley the 11th for bike for Dad. Not confirmed yet.

    31 December (Thursday) New Year's Eve

    1 January 2016 (not on list yet)

    Also don't forget a number of Embassies and consulates may close for a week or two from 21st December. If you have a problem it could be difficult.
