Rejoice all........hopefully the loss to Fury will result in retirement.....these brothers looked more like Olympic fencers than boxers.

Congrats to Tyson Fury, but this goes down as one of the worst fights in heavyweight history.

There may have only been 3-4 decent punches the whole fight, and it ressembled a wrestling match more than anything. Klitschko was exposed as his only technique was the underarm headlock (a technique for glass-jawed fighterss learned from Manny Steward, and perfected by Lennox Lewis), and turning his back on the other fighter a dozen times so as to be able to get a few freebee foul points. Fury landed a couple of headbutts and whisker burns to Klitschko, and K-man tried to launch his own headbutt late in the fight which the Ref totally missed. Fury only landed 1-2 punches in the entire fight and most glanced oof the outside of K-man's shoulders.

Anyway, I doubt Fury will be around for very long as although he scores an A+ for entertainment and personality, his fighting skills are mediocre at best (give him credit for fitness though!)

Anyway, adios Klitschkos and I am sorry I wasted good sleep watching this dull match, though at least I saw it for free...

I really miss Muhammed Ali's glory days ......

I crawled out of the sack at 0500 to watch this and yes far from a classic. Fury looked so clumsy at times and even fought the last round with one hand on his shorts after the elastic went but at 6'8" and superior reach managed to keep out of range majority of the fight. Doubt there will be a rematch with Klitchko now 39 but must say he accepted defeat like a gentleman.

Who the bloody hell decided to give Lennox Lewis a microphone for Christmas?

Excellent analysis by OP....unfortunately, I struggled to keep one eye open during this snoozefest......I wish I had closed it instead

Dreadful fight from2 dreadful boxers.....Klitschko looks like a robot as he moves forward and back, and Fury needs to work with a trainer with target mits and plant his feet before throwing a shot....hard to box when you are jumping all over the place, and putting hands behind back etc...
