How Do I Get The Background To Disapear In Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9?

Featured Replies

What i want is to create a image so that when i save it it's just the image i see and no white background or any background for that matter. I just want the image to be seen.

This would be better in the computing forum, mods!!!

Anyway, I don't use Paintshop, but it should work like this:-

Make sure your image has a solid, one colour background.

Save a file type GIF (this does NOT work with jpeg, or any other format that I am aware of)

There should be a 'transparent colour' option on the save dialogue, set it (eyedropper?) to the colour of your background.

Presto, whatever is behind your image on the web page, word doc etc, shows through :D

BTW I forgot to say :o to Thaivisa :D

Set the background to 'Transparent'.
