One things for sure, it seems cars are thought of the same as ladies in respect of..

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"..whistling.gif

Plus, of course, performance, ride quality and durability are important too.

Durability depends on available cash.

Myself liked better, friend has one, same colour, but then he did run the Montreal Club UK

Edit: Last time I was there he was making a trip to Italy for some engine parts + other things, the engine was in bits in his garage

I'd forgotten about these. Awesome car. V8, wasn't it?

Always thought the 1950' Jensen looked better than the Interceptor..... on the other hand the Interceptor Cabriolet with the top down was very nice looking....

Post is about beautiful cars, not driving in Thailand. No connection between the two.

Aaaaaaaaah, a Triumph Mayflower. my uncle had one, as a kid I felt like royalty riding in it..thumbsup.gif

I remember that my father considered buying one, and even as a kid I thought it was the ugliest car I'd ever seen.

The ISO Grifo a 1960's super car with Italian body styling and American Muscle.

But your dad didn't eh....smile.png

I think it was the look of horror on my face that convinced him not to buy.

A Morris 8 was my very first car, and what a heap of sh*t it was!

I owned and restored one of these beauties, but sold it about 20 years ago. Used to turn heads.

This thread wouldn't be complete without the AC Cobra.

This time an Anglo/American combination, AC developed body style

with American V8 muscle.

Notice the engine mounting position is set back between the front and rear wheels to

give equal weight distribution.
