Motorbike Jackets In Bkk?

Featured Replies

I was wondering if there is any place selling motorbike jackets? I know there are many places in South East asia and India/Pakistan that make them and export to Australia and other countries so they must be here somewhere.

Im specifically after racing style motorbike leather jackets, not just a jacket made out of leather. I realise most 'motorbikes' in Thailand are scooters in the 100 - 175cc range, but when i was there last i saw (in Phuket at least) a few yamaha R1's (1000cc super sport bike) so Im assuming there must be some place that caters for them.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks!

Try "Paddock" on Ratchada, They got loads of stuff there, good gear too. They advertise in the Bkk Post most days in the Classifieds "Autos" section.

I got all my biking gear from there.

Oh yeah if i could just ask a few questions:

Did you buy brand name gear from them? or locally made stuff?

How did prices compare to back in the uk?

I found their website: http://www.paddock.co.th/products/index.php but after some thought am under the impression that if the brand name stuff is imported than it probably wouldnt be much cheaper, if at all cheaper, than me buying it in Australia.

Im hoping to look for a leather jacket and possibly a mesh summer one too, with the possiblility of getting some decent pants, boots and gloves depending on price.

Cant wait to check them out!
