CCCIF continues to fight illegal unreported and unregulated fishing

BANGKOK, 18 December 2015 (NNT) – The Command Center for Combating Illegal Fishing (CCCIF) has tackled illegal unreported and unregulated fishing in Thailand's seas.

The center's press relations head Jumpol Lumpikanon said over 90 factories in 22 coastal provinces have been inspected by the center's officials under the measures to continuously combat the illegal fishing.

He said the center will listen to opinions of the fishermen who might be concerned about the Fisheries Act 2015 and provide them the correct information and understanding about the issue since each fishing area may have different restrictions.

Wow in just 6 months. If just EU and US work at this high level, every problem will be solved fast. Great News wink.png

The command center provides understanding.

It looks like they have done a fine job. Time to take a bonus and head home.
