naanaa
Hello everyone, Just a quick one, holding 30 days visa on arrival and will be expired on 1 st Jan. Just want to stay for 10 more days in Jan. Any ideas what to do? I know I can fly out to Singapore, but just see anyone got better recommendation! Thanks in advance! ubonjoe
There is no 30 day visa on arrival. I think you have a 30 day visa exempt entry that can be extended for 30 days at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht.

elviajero
You can apply for the extension at the office that cover the address given on the extension of stay application form. You will need: Form TM7. Passport photo. Maybe proof of address. Copies of passport pages; ID, Visa, entry stamp. Copy of departure card.

naanaa
Just realised there is an immigration office in sathorn. So can I go there to do my temporary stay extension? Thanks again!
ubonjoe
Just realised there is an immigration office in sathorn. So can I go there to do my temporary stay extension? Thanks again! That office closed several years ago. You can only get the extension at Chaeng Wattana immigration.

naanaa
Found it. But mind telling me whether the department has photocopy and photo taking services or not? If they don't then I can prepare first. Also, what time should I go? Early morning or noon to avoid the crowd? Thanks in advance!
ubonjoe
There are photo and copy shops on the ground floor of the building. I would say go early morning.
