A friend needs a dress totally beaded with individual stitches.? Full beaded dress that was machine sewn. The whole dress needs to be re sequin beaded but individually hand sewn. Perhaps "seamstress" would suit your situation better. (Then this post should be deleted by somebody in admin.)
