Statement from Arakan National Party to Prayuth Chan o Cha today Dez 31,2015 (Both accused are Buddhists from Rakhine)post-151207-0-40259900-1451546849_thumb.

Subject: Submission of Request for Reviewing the case of two Myanmar workers.

We Arakan National Party Members of Union Parliament of the Republic of the Union of
Myanmar present our compliments to and have the honor to convey to Your Excellency our deep sense
of disbelief, horror and sorrow at the recent death sentences passed by the Koh Samui court upon our
two young Myanmar workers in Thailand.

As members of parliament upholding international norms. We do respect the Thai Judicial system. However, we honestly believe that the investigation of the case and trial were inconsistent with the facts. The two young Myanmar workers have strenuously denied the charges brought against them. had spoken out very clearly on how they were ill treated, and proclaimed their innocence with strong Evidence

We firmly believe that the dictum ‘Beyond a reasonable doubts’ is the highest standard of proof that must be met in any thrill is overall the benchmark that must be met by the prosecution's evidence in a criminal prosecution that no other logical explanation can be derived from the facts except that the defendants committed the crime thereby overcoming the presumption that a person is innocent until proven guilty.“

Any deviation from the standard would be a terrible and costly miscarriage of justice.
We sincerely believe this standard has not been adhered to. We therefore submit for your wise consideration out of the goodness of your heart for a thorough review of the case with a fair investigation and to arrive at a fair and fair decision.
Allow us to avail ourselves of this opportunity to convey to Your Excellency, the assurances of our High Esteem

Sincerely.

Dr.Ayc Mating
Chairman
Auk-n National Party

I'm glad that the script is too small without enough definition. It saves me from wasting valuable time in attempting to read this (obvious) garbage and I can move onto the next post!!

That's up to you Lucy you can go finish your ironing if like your comments make no difference to me.

Another nonsense alert:

(Phoenix Diver, is that you?)

Mon does not own the beach.

No one can.

All of Thailand's beaches, belong to the King.

Mon escorted the police?

I suppose that's one way of putting it.

cheesy.gif clap2.gifcheesy.gif

I've seen Mon escorted by the police as well...

Mon was photographed inside the crime scene a few hours after the bodies were discovered also on a Thai TV News reprt footage aswell as I remember.

So why the hell was he not a witness for the defence? A member of the public inside a crime scene? Why?

He has to tell why he was inside that police line!

He was inside the crime scene (AGAIN) so he could later be exonerated!!

Is he the land owner?

I thought he and his family were tennants.

Are the islands not owned by people who can't be spoken of?

Mon wasn't just walking around the crime scene he was rearranging stuff around the murder weapon being a fine example, he was probably handling clothes touching the bodies leaving footprints speading his dna all over the place in front of the police and cameras, then he became a suspect - good luck dna testing anything around there he was all over it

But the hoe is the best of them all, how on earth did he know it was the murder weapon and that it had been moved, it was at least 60m away from the bodies when he finally got the person who moved it to put it back under the tree.......seriously!!!!!!!!!!!

why would he want them to find the hoe ? because it was wiped down and both victims dna was put all over it, the simplistic idea is that Hannah and David killed each other - thought up by a couple of geniuses

@daveoli I will quote you a top DNA expert "It is totally incorrect that one can determine race or ethnicity from a forensic DNA profile"

Follow

@daveoli "This is scientifically unsupported in the forensic community world wide.” That is from Jane Taupin. You can check her credentials.

Sean McAnna never said what they claim he said, it's a complete falsehood.

The rest is just more the the unsubstantiated rumors, gossip and made up "facts" that constitutes the bread and butter of the narrative that Wei Phyo and Zaw Lin didn't murder Hannah Witheridge and David Miller.

No wonder you all think the Burmese are scapegoats, that seems to be your preferred method for solving crimes, find someone you don't like and then try to frame them for something, just make up a story, any story and run with it; never check the sources, never question the "facts", never corroborate. If it goes against the Burmese being guilty it's all good and welcome.

You are the ones looking for scapegoats, you've always been.

I've just read it and it is true. Well done Jonathon Head, I salute you for being brave enough to admit that you erred in judgement in such a serious way. I'll forgive you now for your love affair with Yingluck. Now if you changed your tune on this one then you will be a true reporter.

So you haven't thought that since Mon wasn't the first person at the scene, someone that arrived had arrived earlier had noticed the hoe before it was moved, they knew who it belonged to (as people in a small community would) so they knew who to look for to see where it went?

Or is that explanation less likely than the scenario that they carefully staged the crime scene at their business's door to drive suspicions away from them.

Endless talk of the hoe.

If you've seen the grim photos of the wounds on these poor souls, you would know the hoe was at best, an afterthought.

There was plenty of savage, vicious violence before they attempted to distort the initial wounds with the infamous hoe.

And the vested Trolls have come back, feebly attempting to misdirect once again.

This time with tweets.facepalm.gif
