Whilst back in the UK with my Thai wife for a month, I was amazed to see firstly major changes to immigration laws and a coup. I shouldn't ever have left the country in sad hands.

Having got my multi-entry Non O back home, should I feel grateful, or what?

Everyone I've spoken to so far has suggested that the trip back home happened to be well timed.

Except for the fact that my wife was on a Visitor's Visa to the UK, should we have come back here?

I think so.

Many posters here would dispute that and think that Thaksin was the greatest thing for Thailand since the invention of rice. :o

btw,

while you're there in the UK, please extend our best wishes to Thaksin in London from his great league of admirers on thaivisa. Hi Takky!! post-9005-1160797462.gif

Please Come Back!?!

btw, Part II

congratulations on your visa and best of luck to you and your wife.

Thailand awaits your return...

:D
