I recently had some Hafele shower taps fitted and during the fitting, the guy damaged the plates that fit behind the taps and against the wall.

I've tried to source new ones but nowwhere in Khon Kaen had them. I tried Global, Home Hub, Thai Watsadu, Homepro and Baan and Beyond with no joy.

Does anyone know where I might get these spares?

Each of those stores at some point is ordering from hafele taps showers hobs hoods sinks so they can also order your parts.

There is a big hafele shop here in chiang mai if you can google for the number and they could have all spares in stock.

I will be passing it today so if i remember i will call in.
