From BTS/Tokyu entryway take escalator 2 floors to 4, walk to the left through Tokyu directly into the MBK phone/IT area. Watch your wallet. You didn't ask but you might tell your friend he'll have a better experience at Fortune Tower, directly above Rama-9 MRT. Main phone area on 2nd level but lots of accessories on 3 and 4.
