Pattaya Police investigate viral Facebook toilet sex video

Featured Replies

I'm sure there are many more crimes waiting to solved for the bib than to investigate this matter. Priorities please....(shaking head)!

Selective police work to save face. Once it hits the social media it bares the sins and seedy part and that must be covered up at all costs. There is so much here with corruption at the top of the list and beyond that one does not know where to start. All this return happiness to the people "campaign" has been veneer work. Minor details that have all been covered here before. The plane and fishing and slaves have been to save face.

This is the kind of thing that gives Thailand a bad name....................."Just ask the General" whistling.gif

the thai police certainly love trawling through facebook to detect crime. i guess that's why they spend so much time looking at their phones.

Instead of doing their jobs. See it all the time. they stop me because I had my lights and did not stop a motorcycle with no lights and no helmet. Unbelieveable

Not a bad looker in that photo...... sorry......

The stranger that filmed this must be a real pervert or maybe he had liked to be in the Farangs place. Give the people a break, it was not in the church it happened

More Catholic than the Pope.

More Buddhist than the Dalai Lama would be more appropriate in Asia !!! ...........No disrespect,, Just joking !

CASABLANCA. A CLASSIC...in many ways....

maybe the camera person, was known to one of the two or both

lets face it, would you take photos like this, ?

you could be putting yourself at great risk if you do so.

Just a thought. wai2.gif

Was this in the men's or women's toilet? Someone could be prosecuted for trespassing.laugh.png

The shit the Thai police worry about amazes me....WGAF!

I cannot conclude the crime with out video proof! Period.

It's the bar's fault for doubling bar fines!

I miss those paper toilet seat protectors even more now.......

did the ladyboy pose for the photo after the job was done, some of the photos were clearly taken from above but this one at the top is not

100's...no, 1000's of people dying on the roads of Thailand, people being shot in jealous rages by jealous boyfriends, drugs being dealt and used everywhere and this is what they choose to spend their time and focus on.

Typical.

Typically banal.

I'm sure by now it's been removed and the account closed since Facebook doesn't allow this kind of stuff on the site.

....I joined several Amulet Groups to try to sell my amulets.....

....firearms.....links to sex videos...carnage.....and even gross images of human flesh....

Apparently, there are all kinds of people who want to be porn stars of some sort and do not hesitate to post their sexual antics for all to see.

If that was not the case then there would be no porn industry as we know it.

Cheers

I'm sure they just want to get in on the action.

Why can't people leave other people alone. The sick F##K taking the peep video and having the nerve to put it online should be prosecuted, not the people doing their private thing in private surroundings. I am more and more sickened and offended by the Thai hypocrisy - think it's getting worse by the year. I also think that the RTP should have bigger and more important fish to fry but hunting down a guy and an LB having some R and R in a private toilet... Give people a break for Pete's sake!

Given the mug shot, I'd volunteer for the reenactment, please!!!

Just getting some relief for new year.............Thainess at its best.whistling.gif

Thainess???????

Shouldn't be too hard for the Thai police to find a ladyboy walking around Pattaya with a large black rectangle on their face !

Nice one!!!! thumbsup.gifcheesy.gifclap2.gif

"...... however we are unsure how the Police will proceed with their investigation as the acts were undertaken in a private place, out of view from the general public."

Given that some stranger was able to video the activity, it doesn't sound very private to me.

How do you know it was a stranger who took the video?

Certainly, having sex in a toilet stall is ". . . out of view from the general public . . ."

I see the police uncertainty of how to proceed. It is against the law to have sex in public just as it is illegal to do normal toilet functions in public, but a toilet stall is not in public.

There may be those who'll argue a public toilet is public, but I'll wager "public toilet" refers to a toilet for use by the public rather than a place to do your toilet functions in public.

I agree with manarak, the person(s) who took the video and posted it on facebook should have more to fear from the law.

If the video " . . . which appears to have been taken by someone in a neighboring cubicle . . . " was done without the knowledge of the sex partyers; it is illegal, and posting it on facebook may be a violation of Thai internet laws. Posting a sexually explicit video is against face book rules too.

I'm sure by now it's been removed and the account closed since Facebook doesn't allow this kind of stuff on the site.

Might be off Face Book but you can still Google it.

Actually this is a good way to earn money for some people, upload the video to a paysite and lots of western customers will pay big money for some LB action. But you need to apply for a work permit first of course.....

On New Year’s Eve a sexually explicit video was posted on Facebook depicting a man and, what is believed to be a Ladyboy

If the BIB actually watched the VDO then how come they only believe it to be a ladyboy? either the lady had a hole or she had a pole... It should not be so hard to tell something like that if they were in various sex positions in the VDO. Ohh! We ARE talking about the RTP. That explains it all.

Did you see the video? I didn't. Maybe there were not many sex positions and most of the clothing was not removed. Unless you saw the video, why badmouth the RTP for this? This is a legitimate complaint under Thai law.

The police "believe it to be a ladyboy". Personal experience perhaps?

Reenactment plz....fishy finger pointing maybe....

Being as it was reportedly a ladyboy there will be an unpleasant smell about the case but it wont be fishy.

Too much information......

My sentiments exactly. I suppose it comes under their multitudes of 'morality' laws that very few bother to abide. But really, unless someone makes a complaint why bother? There are certainly other issues in this tourist city that is more important for police energy and funds. But as in many other countries it gives the false impression to the citizen that their money is going to worthwhile cause. NOT. Is there an election soon? That will do it also. Penny wise and pound foolish.
