Authorities said Thursday that two Iraqi refugees have been arrested on terrorism-related charges in Houston and California. According to the FBI’s Houston office, Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, 24, was charged with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State, unlawfully attempting to gain U.S. citizenship and making false statements.
