When was that last available in a car windscreen ? All other vehicle glass yeah but I thought toughened windscreens got phased out many years ago. xerostar Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) My 6 year old boy ran into a glass door in Switzerland of all places. The large shards of glass came down like a guillotine. He recieved severe injuries. Another case like this happened in Bali a few months ago.The guy died from blood loss. All glass doors need to be laminated without exception.
