Potentially unsafe in the medical sense, though more likely to just be useless (i.e. fakes).

Definitely unsafe in the legal sense since it is illegal to purchase Viagra and the like without a prescription. "Sting" operations have been reported (aimed only at the buyer, not the seller, natch)
