Does having a Thai citizenship make me a thai national?

I was born in the usa and I got my Thai passport before I left to move to Thailand then got my Thai ID card while in Thailand back when I was teenager.

I was wondering do I have the same privileges as Thais born in Thailand, like can I own my own business.

I also have a boyfriend who is non-Thai, does the marriage visa apply to me now that I have Thai citizenship?

I used my u.s passport to leave the u.s and my thai passport to enter Thailand.
