I was born in the usa and I got my Thai passport before I left to move to Thailand then got my Thai ID card while in Thailand back when I was teenager.

I was wondering do I have the same privileges as Thais born in Thailand, like can I own my own business.

I also have a boyfriend who is non-Thai, does the marriage visa apply to me now that I have Thai citizenship?

You are a Thai national if you have a Thai passport and a thai I.D. card.

If you , why are you using your homr country passport to enter Thailand?

If you have a Thai passport....use your Thai passport to enter Thailand.

No visa required then for you.

You are a Thai national by birth and have all the rights as if you were born here.

If you married your boyfriend he could get a non-o visa or an extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai.
