NLA veep agrees to revising rules for constitution referendum

BANGKOK, 8 January 2016 (NNT) – National Legislative Assembly vice president Surachai Liangboonlertchai said he agreed to revising rules for a public referendum on a new constitution.

The planned revision involves the interim constitution's Article 37 under which such referendum will be conducted in clear and clean fashion. The NLA is yet to reach conclusion regarding the referendum.

An NLA committee is gathering opinions on a new constitution drafted by the Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC). Each article of the constitution is yet to be studied by the committee after the draft charter has been issued. Then, the panel will gather feedbacks before wrapping up a report to the CDC president.

That's about as clear as mud.

Saw you had posted and came back to see if you knew what the OP was trying to say... biggrin.png

We're the National News Bureau of Thailand!

We don't do quotes. We don't do context. We don't employ decent English language translators.

Seriously, they just need to employ someone like Miss Partridge, my 6th grade English teacher.
