Who is the woman behind North Korea's news?

(CNN)Who else to deliver the news that North Korea had tested a hydrogen bomb than the nation's most famous anchor, Ri Chun-hee?

On Wednesday, appearing in her trademark chima jeogori -- the country's national dress -- she warmed up Korean Central Television viewers by letting them know that she had some news, and it was only minutes way.

Then with characteristic passion, head held high with conviction and pride, she informed the world of an act that would "make the world... look up to our strong nuclear country."

North Korea had tested what it said was its first hydrogen bomb.
