On this forum and since found elsewhere there is a banner offering 20% fare discounts. Further investigation indicates that the company behind it is Vizury.com. Doing a dummy booking does indeed give me the discount and seemingly takes me to the Etihad bookings page with the URL appearing to be no different than a dummy booking done direct with Etihad without the banner link.

Is this all legitimate and is there anything I should be wary of?

For me, I always book direct. I've rarely come across a deal with a consolidator website that was significantly less than what I could get by going direct. By a bit, yes. By a lot, no. But that's been my experience.
