Why should I feel the need to comment on your lack of desire to visit the US? I'm not going to attempt to force you to, or anything like it.

I do not have the statistics on how many foreigners were killed in either country so cannot help you out there. Do you know? - why don't you look on the Daily Mirror's website as that seems to be where you generally get your information gathering from.
