I think I might have trouble in doing this both the houses have my sons mothers name on the blue book but I cannot contact her, the house that I want to move to is owned by my son he is 6 years old (his name is on the land paper) and I have sole parenting rights over him but the mother has the land paper with her, I think I can get a copy from the land office

What I need to know is it the owner of the house that as to do the TM 30 or a person who's name is in the blue book of the house if it is the owner I think that I would be able to do it on behalf of my son

Any other advice would be welcome on what paperwork I should take to the immigration

I know that I should go and ask them but it is a 90 minute trip to the office so I thought that if I go 4 weeks before renewing if I have a problem I will still have time to sort it but hope to do it on the first trip

Which house book is your child registered in? If he was in the book for where you will living that would be accepted by immigration.

It is possible to get a printout of the house book registry at an Amphoe.

You would need to do a change of address to the new address by submitting a TM28 form.

Whether a TM30 is needed or not would depend upon the office where you apply.

His name is not on the house that he owns (the house that I want to move to) it is in the house that I live in now there is only his mothers name in the blue book on his the house that he owns

Since you have full parental rights you should be able to change his house registry to the one where you will moving to. But it may require your wife's approval since she is head of household on the house book.
