Iranian man arrested after shoplifting spree on Walking Street.

Pattaya Police received a call to attend a sportswear shop on Walking Street over the weekend after staff had detained an Iranian Man accused of shoplifting.

The man was found to be carrying two Puma branded shirts, two Adidas branded shirts, a leather belt, film for a camera and six silver rings and a pair of training shoe and a ladies shoulder bag. Each item was not accompanied by a receipt and Mr. Nossein Azimpoui aged 32 from Iran confessed to stealing the items from a number of shops along Walking Street.

He was taken to Pattaya Police Station and was accompanied by staff from the sportswear shop and a number of other shops along Walking Street who fell victim to his alleged shoplifting. He was subsequently charged with theft and is now behind bars waiting for his court appearance.

Just imagine owning a business and seeing this guy walk in. You are not even thinking about a sale, just how to prevent him from stealing too much. :o

What sort of sentance wil he be looking at, I know in the uk shop lifting isnt that bigger deal, but knowing how strict it is here, i wonder what will happen to him. Prison or just a fine, guess deprotation and the black list are a given.
