January 25, 201610 yr UK man must notify police if he plans to have sex LONDON (AP) — A British man has been ordered by a court to give police 24 hours' advance notice if he plans to have sex with a female. The unusual "interim sexual risk order" will be in effect until a further hearing is held in four months. The man cannot be named for legal reasons and his address cannot be revealed. He must give police the name, age and address of any female he plans to have sex with at least 24 hours before engaging in any sexual activity. The man can be sent to prison if he does not provide proper notification. The order was sought by North Yorkshire Police and issued by York Magistrates' Court. Police declined to comment on the case Monday. -- (c) Associated Press 2016-01-25
January 25, 201610 yr I would get the name of every woman over 18 that lived in within a 1000 kilometers, and submit the names every day of the week. If he still has his freedom, whatever he did, can't be as egregious as this courts ruling.
January 25, 201610 yr Don't know what he has done etc but just from a legal point of view, how can this be enforceable? How can it even be issued as a court order? Again even without knowing what has been done, doesn't this infringe on the rights of the other person. Why should the police be informed that an innocent party (the woman) is having sex at a particular place and time? Invasion of privacy? It says notification if he intends to have sex with a female??? I am sure a decent lawyer would have a field day with this. Where are the TV lawyers, what do our learned friends have to say on the matter.
January 25, 201610 yr He could make a mokery out of this order if he wanted to... but Im sure the courts had thier reasons as they consider him a danger but clearly didnt think it through.
January 26, 201610 yr Rather optimistic. Does he have to inform them when she declines the invitation, comes to her senses?
January 26, 201610 yr What happens if he wants to knock one out? I think if he wants to yank his plank he should be allowed...His name btw is Andy Shandy.
January 26, 201610 yr Does this include morning "shower performances" ? Is he allowed to change hands ?
January 26, 201610 yr What about if he does change sides,Like being a Pile driver , does he have to report that he's gonna Do a bloke?
January 26, 201610 yr This must be about some nasty communicable disease? Better explanation here ......... http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/how-police-can-ban-you-7224574 No porn either! All part of the UK becoming a police state. These orders can be placed on any Brit, anywhere in the world at any time. No previous convictions, no evidence or warnings needed .............. total madness. Edited January 26, 201610 yr by MaeJoMTB
January 26, 201610 yr What happens if he says the he will have sex, today. But when he tries, he can't get it up ? And will they call the girl to see if he did have sex ? Was it good for you ? Did he spank her, use Handcuffs, did he smoke after sex ? What a joke.
January 26, 201610 yr I was with this guy in Pattaya......he had the number on his speed dial....he took someone back to his room, they talked.....he was going to dial....then they negotiated rates.....went to call....then she was a he...... few night later he almost called but then just lost the mood right before....she didn't like the phone in one hand.....so much pressure....and her name and address were not in a database.....M was her name......soi 43 address......that caused delays!!!!!.....
January 26, 201610 yr I think this guy was convicted of rape yet had it overturned in a retrial claiming sex was consensual, yet they still slap this on him. Kind of makes a mockery of the court. The UK is getting worse with this stuff; one has to live there to believe it.
January 26, 201610 yr It might be he has something like HIV or worse and has had sex with one or more persons before without informing them. In the end he may have been charged with the crime of endangering their lives. The result being in him being given this order by the judge so that in the future the police could inform the intended sexual partner of the danger.
January 26, 201610 yr At my age, I ask a woman to give me 24 hours notice! Yeah, that about enough time for a Cialis to fully kick in.

January 26, 201610 yr At my age, I ask a woman to give me 24 hours notice! It goes for me too...otherwise she will be left out
January 26, 201610 yr I made agreement with my wife and every time we jump in bed for naughty ..i shouted to her that i need to use the typewriter and works fine but one day she takes so long and when she comes along and and said i am ready darling ..and i said forget it...because i use the handwriting and works too
January 26, 201610 yr only if you have sex in 90 day frequency so sort of like 90 day reporting? I can only dream of such frequency
January 26, 201610 yr Simple solution is do not plan to have sex. Just let it happen. Live in the moment. If there is any problem just say, "she took me!"
January 26, 201610 yr so sort of like 90 day reporting? Makes some of the things people whine about in Thailand, regarding police and government generally, pale in comparison. This sort of thing would never happen in a "civilized" western democracy.
January 26, 201610 yr Men who have no scruples about infecting their (unknowing) sexual partners with serious (maybe fatal) diseases do not deserve the same 'rights' as the rest of us. Same goes for men who use drugs to help them commit rape - then claim consensual sex. Or, men who abuse women, sexually or otherwise. (IMHO). We do not have the details of this particular case but it appears that the police, the Crown Prosecutor and the Courts have all agreed that there is a need to monitor this man's sexual activity - that is 3 levels of scrutiny before restriction of his rights. Also, I believe he has the right to take the matter to a Judge in Chambers to overturn the order - if he has the evidence to justify it.
