Bilateral ties ?

LoS certainly likes to hang out with the big movers and shakers or is it a case of anyone who wants to be a ' friend ' will do as they need all they can get.

China is already making overtures to Iran.....why wouldn't Thailand? Rice for petrol sounds good to me.

Hopefully the price of almonds and dates will come down.wink.png
