All models with climate control - i.e. you set the desired temperature in degrees Celcius - should have heaters, e.g.

Audi-S3-Sedan-interior-climate-control-6

Those with both a red and blue sections on the dial should also have heaters:

All others most probably do not.

Look out for climate control as a feature first and foremost, but be sure to test it. There is one member here who has climate in a Fortuner, but which has no heater (or it has malfunctioned).

My Mazda 2 from 2011.

I assume it's unchanged (models are exported to colder countries in the region).

Switch OFF the AC and turn the knob clockwise until you feel comfortable.

Highest position gives real hot air inflow.

I never tried to heat with AC on.

Let's add heated steering wheel, heated seats, heated front screen, and heated wing mirrors for the day that snow does land here... oh, and a second set of wheels fitted with winter tires/tyres just to be sure...

Why all the sarcasm. It's an honest question. This year 7 days cold. Last year in Kalasin more than 3 weeks of cold weather.

Anyway as IMHO mentioned, best to inform what budget you have.

My 4 year old PJS has a heater :)

Another one who makes decisions in life influenced by an event that occurs 7 days out of 365.

What problem? If people worry about comfort and sefty ride?

And not 7 days . If drive at morning some part Thailand it more than 30 days per year.

Its mean 10% time . May be for some not important have discomfort for only one think 10% they time. For some lifr it to short.

So when is price and another specification same why no get choice more comfort?

For me it be bad surprise. When i have climat control but my windows were sweating. when out the temperature was less than 15C.

Price range up to 1mill baht. Sedan, hatchback, pickup or crossover.

Sedan or Hatchback: I think the Mazda 3 is the best looking of all 3 with climate control.

Pickup: Ford Ranger.

Cross-Over: HRV, but not sure it has climate control.

But the cold in your ride is coming through all those gaps.

The top spec HR-V has single zone climate control.

In the Ranger range, it's only the Wildtrak models that get climate control, but they're all also dual zone.

Lower model Altis's definitely don't have climate control or a heater - the 1.8L G, V and Esport's have climate control, and I would fully expect, a heater.

It is posssible to get original Toyota heaters fitted to Vigos. If the car is exported to many countries it will not be allowed to be registered there if it does not have one as this also acts as a demister (also signifigent in the northern regions of thailand). If you take you car with you (which could be woth it to Australia) it is best to do that here.

I think the dealer can but there are companies specialising in exporting vehicles that could do it probably cheaper.

A few years ago, this question was asked and someone who had gone into a lot of detail on researching the parts required concluded that it was economically unviable... There's just too many different and missing bits.

Search won't find me the thread though :(

Yes it's the same model as yours.

Set the temperature on 25 or 26, turn off the AC and voila. Nice warm air :)
