Hello, i took a Visa on arrival at Bangkok Airport on 16 january. My VOA is valid till 30 jan. Today i am going to Aranyaprathet/poipet border to do Visa run. Any news, if they are giving VOA stamp to the same day in/out persons??

They should allow you to leave and re-enter the country to get another visa on arrival. I have not seen enough posts about it though to confirm it can be done.

Will i have to get a Cambodian VOA first on the border? Is there any money exchange counter on the border?

You need to get a visa on arrival for Cambodia. The fee is $30 US or 1400 baht.
