Next 90 day reporting is 10 days before end of etirement visa at Chaingrai Immigration

Will they give me 10 days or 90

You can renew retirement extension of stay up to 30-45 days early so I would do that at the same time as due to make the 90 day report. The next report will be due 90 days later. Renewing extension does not count as a 90 day report so they are normally separate things at different times.

I got extension of stay because retirement,in December I got another year of extension because I take care a Thai citizen[daughter].In December was also my 90day report date, but I didn't report.I thought with the new extension the 90 day report will start counting from the day they gave me the new extension.January 2016].Does that mean I'm on overstay now?

You are not "on overstay" but you seem to be in breach of your 90 day report obligation. If this is so the fine will be 2000 to a max of 5000 Bht.

I suggest you visit the immigration office and correct the problem as soon as possible.

I use Chiang Rai for my extensions and they will let you do them 30 days early. I also time my 90 day reporting to do at the same time. The retirement extensions at the Immigration office in Chiang Rai are only approved on Mondays and Wednesdays. You can travel to the main office in Mae Sai to have them approved Monday to Friday.
