Mahidol University: Ex-dentistry lecturer must repay scholarship loan

The original loan was for 10M but the Mahidol Univ loan had a condition in that it included a 200% payback penalty.

The persons said:

• The repayment of 30M THB had to be in one installment within 30 days after her resignation.
• They rejected her offer of a longer installment plan.
• Plus only decades later the guarantors were approached to repay on her behalf.
