mac.wheeler Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 (edited) I'm leaving the UK at the end of next week, gonna spend a week in Bangkok, then head down to the place I've rented on KPG. Now, in the past when I have been to other places there always ends up being something that's darn expensive compared to the UK and end up wishing I had bought some with me. In the past it's been things like instant coffee, shaving foam, all sorts of things. Any suggestions folks? Thanks in advance. I would say forget it! you get almost anything there... a pint of guiness in chaweng at tropical murphy's...unless it's somethng like yorshire pudding..there is now a ferry (lomprayah) connecting Samui to KPG via Thong Sala to Mae Nam.. even the distance to the lotus did shrink.. cheers!
