Returning to Thailand. Applying lically for multi entry visa

Featured Replies

Hi

As suggested to mepreviously I'm getting a multi entry visitors visa from nz Thai embassy

I'm about to purchase my ticket.

Is it possible just to get a one way for now or does Thailand require a rt or onward ticket?

Can I get a one month or three month ticket which will be cheaper if I must have a rt, but let it expire n buy one when I ready to leave in a year or more.

I've previously lived there Fir a year n a half n left in early October.

Returning in a week or two intending to stay a year or indefinite time period.

U.S passport though a long time nz permanent resident

A return or onward ticket is not required if you have a visa to enter the country.

But the embassy may want to see a ticket out of the country before issuing the visa. If they want one a one way ticket to a nearby country should be accepted.
