Where Not To Live

Where not to live

If you think that Bangkok or pattaya are polluted take a brief moment and follow the link, what amazed me was that its not only poor third world countries that are heavily contaminated, but even the USA is in the running as main candidate.

ummmmm Thailand?

But geeze New Orleans had a natural disaster ..... give 'em time

Rotherham in South Yorkshire,England.

Not too much in the way of heavy polution.

More like an overload of manic depression.

Its like " The Full Monty" but without the humour.

nighter Oattaya nor Bangkok are on this list - they are not that bad comparing to the other places.

in pattaya it's the sea and beach which are dirty, no industry and not that much of car pollution. In Bangkok, further from the city centre and from the main roads, the air quality and noise level should be reasonable as well.

I think it depends where exactly in the city you live, I once had a nice place down Onnut, with clean air, no traffic etc, the other bonus is that places slightly further away are cheaper.

I used to have business dealings in a place called Mexborough...the locals said its nickname was "The Armpit of England" :o

Most of New Orleans problems listed here

http://www.blacksmithinstitute.org/top10/worst35d.html#s32

could be from the floods and the hurricane damage

lets hope that in Thailand similar problems do not occur due to flooding and thereafter venting of the underground fuel tanks, old industrial units with pools of waste lying around that are then washed in to the the surface water and any other similar scenarios

My girlfriend once asked me to "kiss her where it smells". - So I took her to Bradford. :D

Hounslow.

Hull (hel_l) or Grimsby (Grimecity) aren't a whole lot of fun in the winter neither. Couldn't wait to see the back of them after a week and luckily have never had reason to return.

Hounslow.
You obviously reside in Feltham :D:o Nignoy
