Cooking sprays

I checked out the Central Festival grocery store and also Big C for a cooking spray a.k.a. nonstick spray. Staff at both places said they didn't have it. Does anyone know the place that has cooking spray?

Can't you just put some light cooking oil in your own pump spray bottle? An alternative to this is to just put a few drops on a paper towel and swipe your frying pan. You can use a higher quality oil that way, and it would last longer. Fewer calories than pouring.

Agree...half the sprayed oil ends up on the stove. Also, why in the pic is the chef spraying oil into a non-stick pan?

To op., Foodland stocks sprayed oils in cooking oil section opposite the veggies.
