February 4, 201610 yr Work has started in earnest on The Sands condo bottom soi 5 Pratumnak, gotta feel for the occupants of Royal Beach View condo, soon to be renamed Royal "The Sands" View, Not going to be pleasant ti live there for the next 18 months or so as it goes up, not sure how high it is, but looks pretty tall on the billboard

February 5, 201610 yr Can't wait to see what that fake Galleon and its sails look like in 3-4 years time.. Observing the usual Thai style lack of maintenance and shoddy preperation I expect it will look like a ghostly pirate ship from a cheap horror movie.
