FYI pakrob border with Malaysia. NEED ongoing ticket

Featured Replies

Just passed through the border, I did have a ticket booked, but no paper copy. They insisted I e mail the ticket. Don't pass there often and am not sure if this is normal, just a heads up for you.

And was that a visa exempt, or tourist visa entry or what?

Could you please clarify which border crossing that is. Google fails to come up with anything.using pakrob.

Sorry prakob [email protected] was the address they asked ne to send it to. It was a visa waiver, British citizen, and they gave 30 days. I was leaving Penang and the van went this way ad it was less busy

There was a sign that read prakob, but the visa stamp reads songkhla. Sorry for any confusion

Songkla is the province, the border is at Prakob, with Kota Putra on the Malaysian side.

For visa exempt entry, proof of onward travel and possession of sufficient money are official requirements. Useful to know that this border crossing may insist on them.
