Room rent problem

Recommended Posts

You broke the contract. Deserve nothing!

Plans can change, spare us the righteousness.

Doing a runner would be lame, but telling the landlord you have to leave and forfeiting your deposit is perfectly acceptable.

I'm really not sure which is worse - your shrill indignation, or the op's blatant ignorance.

Yes he have my deposit.in contract how much he will detected the money if i broke something in the room and stuff

Depends on what you broke.

There was a case in Phuket where the tenant thrashed the room and was arrested by immigration police to settle the case before he was allowed out of the country.

I am guess the landlord has a copy of your passport. If you have broken something the landlord could make a police report and pass on your passport number to immigration. If he does sue you and they stop you at immigration they will hold your passport until a court date.
