Life would be much better, less criminals, drunks,perverts

And low life trash running from the police in their own

Countries. It would really be "Land Of Smiles"

This basically describes Japan, there are no long term tourist visas there, you can only stay if married or working etc.

Low crime, high safety, no 'low lifes' or 'perverts'. So why aren't you living there?

Oh that's right... high cost of living and women would want nothing to do with you.

To the contrary, i would say the majority of folks on overstay are just plain skint rather than criminals.

one dead man and a killer with an overstay hardly a link makes

Ex friend of mine is on about 5 years overstay now and never seems to have a problem finding odd jobs. Still, I wouldn't wanna be in his shoes.

... And soon he'll be banned from the Kingdom for 10 years. And perhaps ought to be. Try such illegal residency in a West country and face jail and permanent deportation.
