We are looking for an experienced, energetic digital marketing expert to take on the role of Customer Engagement Officer.

Your main responsibility will be creating ongoing initiatives that start and continue conversations with our customers in the form of surveys, newsletters, promotions, announcements and so on. Your work will drive customer loyalty and advocacy.

You will read customer support tickets, blog comments and be continually finding ways to make the customer experience better.

You will need to

· Be proactive in learning the product as well as our customers do

· Have continual stream of creative and implementable ideas

· Have understanding of technical tools such as mailing software, survey monkey, Wordpress

· Have experience of writing web content such as blog posts, web copy, surveys

· Understand the principles of SEO

· Create regular metrics and present at weekly meetings to company executives

· Have a tremendous customer service ethos

· Be a smart, interesting native English speaker that really thinks from the point of view of our customers

Our offices are in Bangkok, near the Airport Link, and a work permit is available. This job is onsite only and salary is proportional to experience and results
