thaiduncankk
Makes me laugh the number of expats who claim to be good friends with 'high up' police in Thailand. I learnt, through experience, stay well clear of all of them. They shoot their Thai friends, probably because of losing face. It ain't going to be any different because you are his farang 'friend' or in law.

Shot
When I was a kid, we would play outside in the yard or on the street. We longed for a policeman to drive or walk down the street. We would wave and flag them down. They would always stop and talk to us. They were the best of the best. Truly good family men, friends, neighbors, sisters, brothers, and always welcome in our home. All my friends and I wanted to be policemen. A few of them did. When my kids see police here in Phuket. My kids go in the house.
