Two women were robbed of their motorbike under the “5 January” flyover in Phnom Penh after midnight yesterday by thieves allegedly dressed as police, complete with “handcuffs, walkie-talkies and police hats”, said Phsar Depot III commune police chief Phat Saran. Meanwhile, in Kampong Thom’s Kampong Svay district, three men armed with an AK-47 and a pistol raided a Wing office attached to its operator’s house on Monday night, police said.
