Its Ribs and vino tomorrow night ... wining and dining with my wife as it's her birthday and then on Sunday off to watch Thai land football against the boys from Vietnam and then dark frothy german ales at Suan Lum after ... its going to be an action packed weekend

That sounds good Rob ... but I'm not a Chang drinker ... it erodes my skull the next day.

I hit the prawns and beers last night which was excellent but not a major sesh rather a civilised affair.

Here's the plan for tonight ... the girls at the Baan are making a big batch of fresh spring rolls .... Ive located a flask of Aussie red vino .. then it's over to my mates place with the spring rolls and vino and a couple of pizzas as backup.

Footie will be on and a cracking night is expected.

Was in my reg gym working out for half an hour. Afterwards, I used the sauna, chilled in the steam room, jumped in the cold shower in between, then relaxed in the hot tub last week-end!
