Getting a 'Certified True Signature Stamp' - anywhere other than Bangkok?

Hey everyone,

I need to get a 'certified true signature' stamp on my marriage registration document (is this also know as legalizing a document?), and I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere else other than the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok that could do this for me?

Bangkok is a major pain for me to get to and someone mentioned Ubon has an office that can do this stamp but I couldn't verify if this was accurate information or not.

For such a document then it has to be the MFA at Chang Watt Ana, there are no short cuts for this one.

But believe there are regional offices now that can provide MFA registration (it is not just a signature) and any translation service should be able to take care of it by mail for you.
