If I need the breakfast fix I hop down to Retox on Soi Lenkee and do the 95 baht breakfast.....lots of grease, and the BEST deal in Pattaya or nearby....:-)

Crazy daves place is still there but dont know if Dave is. I think it's still the cheapest breakfast but not so sure about the quality
