Hello

I am currently travelling in the region. I'm here till Friday 4th then onto Bali.

My phone died so I lost my internet banking with Barclays. Trying to re-register but I need one of those card readers to complete security. According to Barclays any reader for Barclays, Nationwide, Natwest or Tesco Bank should work, maybe others too. I don't need to keep it, just borrow for 5 minutes!

Can anyone help? I'm really stuck without access to online banking! Please PM me.

There's no European Banks with offices in Chiang Rai, I thought of HBSC but they have no branches up this way.

A friend suggest you may be able to generate a code with the Barclays app which they would then have to activate.

You can use any of the UK card / PIN reader thingies, so just have to find a Brit with one in CR.

Sadly we're a long way away :(
