February 29, 201610 yr I have been a dual client for 10 years and, though, sometimes spotty service, it's been okay for the most part. Easiest to make payment service but virtually impossible to get suspension or cancellation of any serice AND, refund ?, ( NO! ), or even a credit to another of their services. Process extremly complicated, takes weeks or months so most, like myself, must surrender a 800 B credit due to frustration ! Am sure many do enriching Dtac even further. WARNING to not pay for any service in advance of current billing as you cannot get overpayment back !
