March 8, 201610 yr The tax is reduced from 2% to .01% until April But the reduction is not on resales, only on new projects to a certain value, which I think is 3 million. It is the reduction of transfer fee from 2% to 0.01% for both new and second hand room/house. The first room/house and value not more than 3 million baht only apply to who want to reduce the income tax.
