Internet contact with Thai Immigration - 90 Day Reporting Section

Featured Replies

Hi, a couple of days ago I made my 90 day report on-line. Today I was notified of its approval and I've been trying to get access to the document in order to print it out. Unfortunately, I keep getting computer generated messages that it cannot access their server or something to that affect. Has anyone else had this problem lately? Thanks for any insights.

According to various reports, their server have been down a couple of days, that´s why..

apparently i read the site is down at the moment i suggest you screen shot the notification of approval notice and keep that proof enough

on a side note i hope they have shut the site to make it available to all though i think the problem is that they need to advise individual offices

to use the system on a permanent basis not just as something to pick and choose to comply with central immigration rules

If you are on a Windows machine a screen shot is very easy to do:

1, Ctrl + Alt+ Print screen

2. Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint > Paste

3. Save it to a file or print it

He apparently got an email informing him his report was approved. He can just print that out. His problem is that like others he cannot access the online reporting site.

Discussion can continue here in this pinned topic. Online 90 day reporting available from April 1st
