Can still get re-entry visa at Suvarnabhumi, Don Muang and Chiangmai airports prior to international departure, right?

At this stage of my planning, I haven't settled yet on which airport I'll be flying out of. I want to factor in the re-entry availability in my planning.

Yes but make sure you take your photo. Personally I would download form and have it all done when you arrive. Painless process.

Yes but it is a Re entry permit, not a visa.

DMK + BKK definitely still provide reentry permits 24 hours. I cannot comment on CNX.
